For International and domestic travellers VHE personalised journeys are a joy to behold with old fashioned values complementing this historic Eastern side of England.

Please choose from the six regions for an insight into the attractions to expect if you were planning a combination of counties on a short break to VHE. To assist further VHE have put together a list of hidden Pursuits to be discovered in each County and produced up to six personalised journeys within each county in Eastern England. Please see the locations, sights, attractions, unique lodgings and tastes in the counties you want to visit in VHE Hidden Pursuits and try to imagine travelling in luxury along quiet English country roads away from the hustle and bustle of normal daily life.

If suitably impressed by the sample journey found within each County VHE suggest membership may be the way forward, especially as on your second journey or using VHE holiday hire service (Areas A, B & C only) you are already in credit and receiving hidden benefits! Furthermore please use the special request section to list any "must do" places or attractions as wherever possible additional time will be added to the journey(s) chosen which are most suited to your requirements.

VHE also travel to select major sporting events such as Royal Ascot, Henley Regatta & Hampton Court Flower Show and can provide the quality transport to complement your special day or tailor make each trip to suit our clients requirements whether for a party of six people or for Corporate clients. With our strategic partners we also organise executive transport for parties of up to 46 people. All prices on application and special events usually get booked early:)

Whilst membership may not appeal to all our clients Visit Hidden England 12 month £25 membership is worth considering as on acceptance each member receives a £10 membership loyalty card which may be exchanged on a future journey (or any private hire or holiday hire trips) plus money saving offers including a £10 saving on every personalised journeys, (£6 or £8 worth of points on every personalised journey taken towards their next £10 loyalty card) with membership access for up to 5 more VHE personalised journeys on each County & quarterly bulletins, promotions, offers and news for you to read and enjoy. A minimum 12 month membership costs £25.

VHE mainly use a 2021 Vauxhall Vivaro-E Life 100kw Elite 5dr Auto,with six passenger seats, (choose the traditional lay out or two swivel chairs, table lay out facing three chairs) with up to 140 miles of charge, leather seats, panoramic sunroof and even its own air conditioning for 5 passengers. (1 seat by the driver) For larger groups we continue our ten year association with Skills Coaches who have 16, 36 and 45 seater corporate vehicles with all the luxuries known to man!

Why not view the locations, sights, attractions, unique lodgings and tastes found in our "Hidden" pursuits section in the counties you prefer to visit and then imagine travelling in luxury along quiet English country roads away from the hustle and bustle of normal daily life.

VHE JOURNEY COSTS

The price for a VHE personalised journey starts from £175 for up to five passengers (members £165) travelling in style for a maximum six hour duration and up to 125 miles. If you require parties six passengers (one person beside the driver) the extra cost is £20 per person. If on the day the client requires longer than six hours or more than 125 miles then please add £20 per hour and/or £1 per mile. Recommended times 10am - 4pm.

For a full day hire, again based on up to five passengers, VHE charge £225 (members £215) for a maximum eight hour duration and up to 175 miles. Parties of six people add £20 per person. Recommended times are 9.30am to 5.30pm. If for whatever reason (awful weather, travel delays) on the day of travel a member decides to reduce the day to six hours and a maximum of 125 miles the member will receive a £10 loyalty voucher to be used on a future VHE journey or trip within three months.

Any extra time requested or required please add £10 per half hour. Any extra miles are at VHE standard £1 per mile. Drivers meals & accommodation are £75 per night. Each accommodation reservation made on behalf of clients cost £25 & if restaurant reservations or ticket entries are required prior to the day VHE charge £10 per booking. All parking fees, congestion charges and tolls are paid by the clients with cash payment accepted.

Where overnight accommodation is required if clients prefer shorter middle days the minimum charge of £175 per day (members £165) is applicable. If the "middle" day proves longer than six hours or more than 125 miles then please add £20 per hour and £1 per mile where applicable.

Small variations to our listed County personalised journeys are welcomed with small amendments to reflect your tastes included free of charge. Similarly for overnight journeys you may amalgamate our personalised journeys to involve two or more counties and where minimum of changes are requested VHE make no extra administration charge. Members receive an access code to check out up to 5 more personalised journeys in Eastern counties!

VHE PAYMENT TERMS

A minimum £50 non-refundable deposit is required. If clients requirements change after the deposit is paid VHE reserve the right to amend their fee and add to the balance a minimum £20 administration fee to cover up to an hour's fee.

The balance including any consultancy or finder's fees is non refundable and payable a minimum 100 hours before the scheduled day to ensure the booking remains valid; if funds are not paid in full VHE will consider the booking cancelled.

If the date is changed less than 100 hours prior to the journey and VHE can accommodate the requested new date an administration fee of £20 is applicable but if unable to accommodate the request the balance is lost. The £20 fee and any extras (parking, added mileage or hours) can be paid by card or cash to the driver.

Any extras or fees added after the balance is paid maybe paid by card or cash to the driver on the day.

Any payments owed for accommodation (including driver) or activities booked on clients behalf are to be settled by the client directly with no liability accepted whatever the circumstances. Under these circumstances VHE may inform the accommodation no longer involved.
