VISIT HIDDEN ENGLAND MEMBERSHIP COSTS £25 & COVERS A MINIMUM 12 MONTHS.

(No annual renewal fee if collect & redeem 5 stamps within 12 months!)

 

MEMBERS BENEFITS (Personalised Journeys, Bespoke Journeys, Chauffeur Journeys, Daily Holiday Hire and Private Hire)

 

1, New members pay £25 for a twelve month membership and receive a loyalty card worth £10 redeemable on any trip or journey within the first three months..

 

2, Regular customers of VHE services also collect stamps during their twelve month membership and every 5 stamps collected earns a £10 loyalty discount off their next booking. On each journey bring along your loyalty card and ask the driver to add your stamps but please ensure your members name is on the card. Once you have collected 5 stamps hand the driver your loyalty card, the £10 loyalty discount will be applied to your next booking as long as within the next twelve months. Your membership period is automatically extended every time you hand over a loyalty card with your name and 5 stamps collected for a further twelve months and without requiring a members fee!.

 

If a member hasn't saved enough stamps within a 12 month period they can pay for a new 12 month membership fee of £10 and continue to receive all the membership benefits. Any unused stamps already accumulated are automatically rolled over for a further twelve months as long as your membership cover is continuous. If membership is discontinued any unused stamps are lost with no value attached. If VHE loyalty card scheme is amended a minimum three months notice will be given to existing members to allow them to redeem their loyalty cards.

 

3, Save 4% on all bookings by collecting VHE loyalty stamps. 1 stamp = £2. Any £50 or more booking receives 1 stamp, a £100 booking =  2 stamps, £150 booking = 3 stamps and £200 or over = 4 stamps. (Stamps non transferable & no cash value)

 

4, Private Hire, members save £5 on all journeys over 20 miles

 

5, Members save £10 per day off all personalised & Chauffeur journeys booked. Members also receive an access code to view further journeys per County and receive a complementary £10 gift voucher if due to unforeseen delays or awful weather on the day itself the member wishes to curtail the personalised journey by up to 2 hours and/ or 50 miles when on a full days hire.

 

6, Access to partner links and promotions and informative quarterly newsletter with popular event dates for your diary are listed about Hidden England & East Midlands regions plus postings on special deals in East of England and Yorkshire regions.

 

7, A member who places a booking for over £100 value receives a gift voucher during each trip or journey.

 

8, Members who recommend a friend or family member who subsequently become a member earn a stamp worth £2 per new member.

 

9, Members can book VHE holiday hire service 7 days per week. (Non members Monday to Thursday only)

 

10, VHE pick up members in the South East and North East regions for private hire, bespoke and personalised journeys.

 

As a gesture of appreciation to all customers who travelled with Fables since 2016, all outlets promoting VHE merchandise and any client who places a booking for a Bespoke or Chauffeur Journey which includes VHE transport VHE offer an initial twelve month membership without requiring the £25 fee and with all the benefits mentioned above excluding the £10 gift card. Members have no additional rights or privileges than any other customer wishing to travel with Visit Hidden England above those stated above. Stamps have no cash value unless redeemed against a VHE booking at £2 each as per T&C'S.
